Well ...saw neurologist said my peripheral neuropathy and weakness caused by virus ...said it was not my low carb or Keto diet 👍 still could be lymes disease guillian barre and even multiple sclerosis but started me on steroids ....hopefully I'm healing up so far I've been improving so cross your fingers for me that this is all over . 🙏👍 but I'm never being extreme Keto again just in case
I'm sticking to under 75 carbs a day,90 grams of protein and 60 grams of fat diet Under 1500 calories diet it seems to be working 🤗at least the past 3 days 🤗
