Thanks Jim for the motivational tips and murph I put Mac in the corner ...It's just stinks I was down to 148 low carbing but I'm afraid of low carbing because I still have my pain in hands and feet ..but it really worked for me so that's my excuse the other diets never worked for me and there still not ..🤷♀️
