The “1000” Calorie Exercise Program Burned plenty of Energy & pounds yesterday. I will need a few extra food intake today to maintain the weight.

Hit the gym on my own this morning & had a good Cardio Program with both Assault Bike & Rowing. Did a little strength work....Chest, Bicep & Wall Ball. Finished with pushups, sit-ups & Plate Swings.


Overall 60 minute Routine & 700 Cals. 💪💪🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️

Keith, I did back to back workouts on Friday, 600 Cals, followed with 400. 600 included Multiple Exercises (20 BB Sumo Pulls, 20 BB Shoulder Press, 20x BB Back Squats, 40 Burpees, Repeat) with similar reps. We finished with Deadlifts 4 x 6. The 400 was primarily Cardio & Push-ups.

Chris, Haha, I still have to wear my boot another two weeks. All of the weights I am using are nearly half vs. prior surgery.
