Went over my cals and carbs a bit and didnt quite hit my protein but Ill take this momentum! My kid wanted DQ last night so we went and she got a dipped cone. I forgot about their new Dreamsicle dipped cone and Ive been wanting to try it - so I got one. Then I got really mad at myself (but tried not to let it show to my kid). I ended up eating a few bites of it and giving the rest to my mom to finish. I felt pretty good about that because its something that I wouldnt have done before. I also missed my workout last night. My trainer had to cancel and we had Jr High orientation so we were busy. Ill have to work on fitting in a workout when Im busy!
