Well, whatever was not working seems to be working again. I am also feeling much healthier so the idea I may have had a bug is probably a good one. I do need to cut back on my coffee though. I had been really good about it but it has crept up from one cup a morning to two and that has to end. Again, thanks for the backing.

yes isn't that interesting how that goes? You start to wonder why things may not be working, and start to get discouraged, but stick to it and WHAM, it starts working again :-) Just have to stay with it and we all will succeed!
