Yesterday was bad. 😞 I’ve been struggling with bad anxiety the past two days and left work to go home and hide my head under a pillow (instead of staying for the social or going to my workout). Then, I ate. I’m sure it wasn’t as bad as my head tells me, but I also woke up today with an IDGAF attitude which is not good on so many levels.
Breakfast pizza at today’s meeting, I’ve already claimed a chicken breast and baked potato with salsa for lunch. I can get through one more day and not cry or binge. 😫😆
