Only down .5lbs. My vacation and eating out of boredom caught up to me. But a loss is a loss and im gonna take it. Kinda in a weird funk today, I seem to be snapping at the slightest things...dont know what thats all about!! I started working out yesterday again. It was HARD and i only did it for 25 minutes because i was at work and it was busy, i wish i had a partner who would want to kick my butt into gear,i think it would be fun to plan out a routine and do it one week and the next week the partner would do it, it would change things up and it would make me push myself hard. I need to know how to push my self harder, because i have no IDEA how far i can go. I did well journaling, couple days i ate out of sheer boredom and i need to find something useful with my time than eating. So at least im conscience about it thats all i can do!!!
