Have a head cold, so I skipped the morning workout and got a little extra sleep. Weight finally had a drop! Yay! So excited, hope this is just the thing to keep me motivated to keep going. Went to hospital and weighed for our challenge this morning, I'm 2 lbs from hitting 5% for this session. If I hit 10% I'll be at goal weight. . . last weigh in is April 10, so that is my goal. Wish me luck!
