Had a weird week. Not sure what is going on, Im getting my healthy guidelines, not working out so much this week. I gained .5lbs but even at the start of this week i was up from last. it could be that i had veggie soup and salad for dinner for a week straight ( i was on a craving kick) and than i would use all 35 points...who knows...but im still gonna keep writing it down, trying not to use all my extra points this week even thought yesterday i went on a binge, (needed to fix my eating out of boredom)but all i can do is try and keep trying even when it gets bad...its not the first time and wont be the last time.
