Day one was not successful, so I must try harder now. Vegetarian diet is a bit more difficult because proteins must be well balanced and vegeterian food rich with proteins is also rich in calories. I bought a vegan supplement (vegan powder protein) and I will try it. Also blood sugar is important as an indicator how to conduct a proper diet, and mine is not that great. So lets start day two..
