Good morning everyone! Thank you all for support and I can tell you that it helps a lot! I still have no progress but it has been only three days, so expect a weight drop in a week or so. I try to keep my calories intake less than 1300, but sometimes I fail to do it. As long as it is less than 1600 I am happy because I know I will not gain any weight. I dropped on sweets and bread for the beginning, and I try to eat healthier. I take some vitamins and minerals just in case I do not cover daily needs with food. But most of all it helps me knowing that I can write down here every time I feel like and get courage to continue. I wish all of you a nice a peaceful day!
