And here I am again, failed during summer to lose any weight. instead i got 3 kilograms. I did metabolic tests and i visited my rheumatologist. I got diagnosed with osteoarthritis and metabolic disorder. This week i gathered the strength to start once again. I got supplements which are more vitamins K2, B complex, Chromium, L carnitine and Alpha linoleic acid. It takes more than six months to boost metabolism and its effect on weight loss. Yesterday I finally felt good enough to go on a tennis court and do an hour of easy playing. Because of my OA I changed my diet so I can reduce food inflammatory impact on my arthrosis and it also take time to work. so lets take a day by day..... I hope I will get enough mental strength to make it this time.
