My cooking practice👩‍🍳 - expectation VS reality...lol... short ribs cooked med-rare, as shown on the recipe image, turned out chewy. I marinated them overnight, but it did not make them melt in the mouth. Next time I better use filet or steak🥩. Shortribs are definitely not my favorite. It still tastes good with the side, mushrooms, and sweet cherry pepper vinaigrette.

The portion of the ribs I got in Costco was too large anyway, so it will be my meal for tonight and tomorrow. When it comes to meat, I prefer a smaller size better cut.
