Just came back from a few days visiting family. Glad to see weight it down it was up a few pounds from vacation. I would like to get to 135 by my birthday at the end of July
I was in pool playing with kids and it was a great feeling wearing a bikini that inappropriate for my age and being so active with the kids. Not that I am in good shape I actually thik I have lost muscle mass
