Yeah, my lesson learned is staying hydraded. There are apps to help calculate and keep track of your water consumption.

My problem is, at work I'm very busy and don't get to drink well and if I'm at home busy running around I don't drink as well either. I try to drink. Some days I do well. I'm trying to get better with it.

I see that when working these twelve hours it is a struggle to be hydrated. But when I get home looking at the 32oz bottle asking to ‘drink me’ I feel like I am in a hot dog eating contest. Awesome work with your weight goals. I look forward to to seeing my line in blue. 😎
