L 248pm: ww tortilla with layered veggies, turkey, hummus & Muffaletta Olive Relish, water, coffee
D 641pm: pork tenderloin, potato, sheet pan baked veggies w drizzle of olive oil & balsamic vinegar & seasoning, ice cream, water
Sn 1030pm: too many left-over Halloween mini chocolate bars. I still have to count the wrappers, guessing 10. water

Cooked dinner at my parents home as I helped them give out candy to trick-or-treaters. Only 5 kids showed up!!! So lots of left-overs.
When I was doing the dishes, my Mom (100 yrs old) put a fist-full of mini chocolate bars in my bag. I discovered them when I got home. It was not intentional diet sabotage, it is just that food has always been the way she showed love...food is her love language.
