my damn scale is not accurate! depending on how i lean and shift on it, there is a 10 lb swing so i need to get a better scale before completing anymore weigh ins! i can tell i am slimming (jeans fit better) so i will keep up the hard work until i can get my hands on (or buy) a better home scale!

I've had scales like that, you made a good decision to ditch that thing and get a new one! Weight loss is stressful enough without your equipment playing mind games on you.

Try a digital scale. They're very accurate.

CVS has digital scale surprisingly for only about $12 and accurate (matched my Droffice). Included battery

I need a new scale too. Mine's a digital one, but the numbers stick and change each time I step on it within a few seconds. The one I want to get is also a body fat scale: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0081SPRVU/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=GZ0G5ZGG0XHL&coliid=IPYSJ5Y3J6ZOW. It's $43, which may seem pricy, but that's very reasonable for a good body fat/weight scale. I'm interested in not just checking my weight, but keeping track of my body fat percentage too :) I suggest not buying the cheapest scale because it might not last very long or continue to be accurate. thinking of getting a new one too. mine seems to fluctuate too within a few seconds and isnt suppose to is a 10 year old Weightwatchers scale. mini changes are suppose to not suppose to fluctate , once it gets a reading if i get back on it is suppose to no change (remember last weigh in) and if not significant change it is suppose to be stable number. (maybe battery is needing replacing.
