Well had a great two weeks!! 17 pounds of blubber gone... feels good. Seemed to have little extra PEP IN MY STEP, DIP IN MY HIP, A GIDDY IN MY YUP! :)
I hope everyone is having a great day. Please say Prayer for the people in the South who have had such a devasting April. May May bring them hope and peace.

CONGRATS on the 17 pound loss!! Strut your stuff!! YAY!! :) Thoughts and prayers for those in the South...sad to say no loss for me for a week now...BUT you give me motivation to keep on, keeping on!! Again, CONGRATS!!! :)

Lois,My Giddy up and go has got up and WENT.LOL.Think I overdid the yard work today.Been out all day except to come in for a quick lunch,that I almost forgot.Gotta love the sunshine while its here.Again,great job on the loss.~~~nonna~~~
