4/30/11 150.2 lb, 41.2%BF, 1st week of induction completed!!! One week to go. Heading off for an 11 day trip and will not be able to weigh myself until I return--may be a good thing even though it will not allow me to weigh in the last day of the Induction Challange. I'll still journal about my progress on sticking to my program. Hope to weigh in when I return with a significant loss---this is probably a good thing since loss has been so rapid in the first week, bound to slow down in the second--this way I won't get discouraged.
