Okay. So I weigh myself early this morning at 6:30 AM and the scale tells me 505! So, I better do another weight tomorrow to make sure. A little skeptical about this scale. Oh, small win: I was able to tie my shoes without feeling like I was going to pass out or get a cramp! Yay!

Awesome meeting last night. Learned plenty about myself. I really like this Kaiser class. I also like that my Sweetie and I are doing this together.

Big takeaways:

Mindful eating, mindfulness. Eat when hungry, stop when full. Listen/pay attention to your body--the "hunger fullness" cues.

Exercise for aerobic, strength, and flexibility. I've lost plenty of weight in the past by changing diet and exercise. Stopping the exercise is what makes the ration of Calories In to Calories Out get out of whack.
