must be losing water weight...I ate chinease last night - so not sure how that happened, i'm guess its just from all the gorging last week, oh i know the 174 was in the afternoon and the 172 was in the morning.

I'm really starting today! need to cut calories to 900-1200 to lose 1 to 2 pounds per week. BOOKED vacation in 7 weeks - time to get SERIOUS! Goal is to lose 14 pounds in 7 weeks. 2 pounds per week is DOABLE. I'm sitting at 172 today - so that goal weight is 158 before we leave for vacation to Phoenix. IE SWIMSUIT WEATHER.

Here's my plan - I was on the fence with working and cutting calories - because I'm not consistant at EITHER. So I'm picking one first - for at least 3 days - cutting calories. And see how it goes. I would LOVE to do both but when I workout my hunger SOARS so I need to get back on track with healthy options FIRST - then I'll start throwing in the workouts. Maybe - again on the fence - if the cutting calories is working well I may just stick with it for the time being to get to the goal.

I know I know I know that I will see quicker results if I DO BOTH, but I'm trying to be successfully for 7 weeks... baby steps.
