I guess nothing works....Today I did three hours of gymnastics, my calorie intake is under 1500 kcal, and yet the scale shows the same thing all over again.
86 kg Bisher verloren: 0 kg.    Still to go: 18 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.

Give the body shock diet for a week. Change to 1200 cal and change diet. Body gets use to same food and preserves itself to survive. Lose fat not muscle

Did you perhaps gain muscle? Sometimes we can see the same numbers on the scale and think that we didn't lose any weight while the body fat changed simply to muscle. Of course there's also water weight. If you still feel like nothing changes, maybe some medical checkups would be a good idea - ie. thyroid?
