Weighed in this morning and hit my monthly goal weight! I haven't been 175 in a good long while (several years). I've set my goal on 5 lbs a month, so 1 month down for the win. The only thing I'm a little concerned about is if I'm actually eating enough. I feel pretty satisfied throughout the day so not starving or anything. I'm running 2-3 miles 3x per week, lifting weights 5x per week and trying to walk nearly every day (but winter is kicking in and it's frigid out there). Also curious what macro goals everyone else has. Any advice on that? It seems that there is a different recommendation everywhere you look.
