Apparently my body is still releasing inflammation from the cortisteroid shot to my knee on Wednesday. This is 6 lbs in 96 hours. My calorie and carb intake is normal as well as water intake and waste output. This is crazy.

Even though the shot was to my right knee I have osteo in both ankles and both knees. It’s released inflammation from all the joints.

I can't find any information about reducing inflammation causing weight loss. Someone else on this sight also says when weight is up it's inflammation, same when down. I wonder because I have high levels of inflammation in my body that show up in lab tests. But there is no swelling, redness, etc. I know that losing weight reduces my inflammation but never heard it the other way around. Possibly your inflammation is different than mine
