ive been away a while, but i like this site so i want to make it a habit again. changing my lifestyle to be more active and eat better. Down 10 pounds! Now it's time to add new things! Been stretching every morning, like 7 to 17 minutes. Want to add a gym now, but i need to get up and go. I wake up so slow sometimes, it is awful. Yesterday i put a zip tie on my belt loops to keep my pants up. 10 pounds is a big difference in how my pants fit!
