Breakfast coffee w half and half, lunch grilled chicken salad and iced tea, dinner, steak salad w glazed walnuts and iced tea. I felt like celebrating last night and would have had wine at dinner but passed it up. That's getting easier and easier. Having dinner with friends tonight who knows I'm on Atkins and will make an Atkin friendly meal.
Sadly, we are bringing our kitties back today. They are beautiful kittens but absolutely not attaching to either of us. Since we will have these kittens with us for 20 years, they must attach. Our breeder says this has never happened to her in 10 years. Very difficult decision but we think itis the right one.
