i have maintained a calorie deficit of 2300 this week and for a few weeks now. the drop is very slow and very small amounts. there are no shortcuts i realise. i had a viral infection the last couple of weeks so no exercise so i will be interested to see any changes over the next week as i excercise 1.5 hours gym 3 days a week and two days of cardio on a stairclimber for 45 minutes on effort level 8. i have taken some pbotos which i dont usually do so am aiming at 6 months to lose 6.7k i am very pleased with recently visitibg family up north for a few days and maintaining gym routine and diet was pretty good as well.
