Reached our July destination on Saturday. First weigh in this morning since arriving using a different scale. Yesterday was my first workout. I don't have a car or weights, so I biked to the reasonably priced and reasonably distanced gym. The style is structured classes, full body workouts including cardio, core, and weightlifting, higher reps with lower weights and with very little rest between reps. I felt the class was good. I definitely enjoyed the core workout because I haven't been doing that and I need it. This week I'm shooting for 4 classes.
