Back on track,

Struggles for the past two to three weeks got me pretty far down. Was almost ready to throw in the towel AND the sheets! 🥲 but know that it’s about the struggles that keep pushing us to better ends.

So finally seeing a loss and that makes a difference. A big push and for the first time since I was in my early 20’s I made it into the 230’s and feel much better about my mental and physical space.
106,4 kg Bisher verloren: 27,8 kg.    Still to go: 33,8 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.
