Day 21 of 2nd 6 weeks--half way to 6 wk goal and more than half way to weight goal--yea! Watching my husband eat his yummy hamburger with soft bun and fries while I had my chicken ceasar (an not too great at that), I made my 'maintainance plan. I will revisit it when I get there but I would like to have ONE meal/week 'off plan'. In this case, I would have had the hamburger! We'll see but it IS fun to think about.
