Well I had gained a few back from Thanksgiving weekend so they are off so its kind of like a loss but I still am not in the 170's! bummer but this is a new week. Hard with all holiday goodies and busy schedule. This is the last few weeks of the year of weight loss and I should be thrilled with 65 lbs lost! But I was hoping to get down to the 160's by the end of the year but I doubt I can make that!
