All that water weight! I only had a very minor deficit so I clearly didn't lose that much weight in fat.
Sundays are to be my "cheat" days, but I over did it with the sugary sweets. I went with a healthier option for the pizza, if you can call it healthy, but the ice cream sandwhiches were purely for indulgence purposes.
