Breakfast omlette, lunch salad w chicken and blue cheese dressing and diet coke, dinner--grabbed 'stuff'-almonds, ham, cheese, pickles, blue cheese dressing, 2(!) choc covered vanilla low carb ice cream bars, diet coke (legal junk food nite).
Off to see my daughters and grandchildren this weekend. Bringing along atkins bars so will be fine for times nothing available to eat. I'll be interested in how I do over the weekend. Then I'm in training for 3 days-a more uncontrollable eating situation. ugh-but this is the reality and one that I wouldn't want to change--life would be quite boring if there was no change or no challenge.
