Breakfast atkins choc chip granola bar and coffee (on the way to my offsite workshop), lunch, salad and luncheon meat, iced tea, dinner grilled chicken salad and glass of chardonnay.
Coming down to the wire for my 5lb weight loss despite the fact that I have been 'almost' there for weeks--no worries though-my plan has been to go very slowly these last pounds (ha! I'm so kidding-I would take fast melting away of pounds in an instant--)
