DAY 1! PRE-MAINTENANCE PHASE--YEA!!! 3rd 6wks. A little change in my routine. Will record weight, musc mass and body fat daily and the other parameters weekly. My goal in this 6 weeks is to remain under 140 (between 135 which is goal and 140) while trying different 'add-ons' in different combinations. I will record 'SUCCESS' for every day I am successful--I get to reach goal every day for this 6 weeks :)

Breakfast atkins choc chip granola bar, coffee w half and half, lunch large salad w chicken and blue cheese dressing, diet coke, dinner 2 slices smoked ham, 2 slices swiss cheese, blue cheese dressing and bread and butter pickles (yum!), low carb choc covered vanilla ice cream bar.
