Less progress than I would have liked, but it is still progress none the less. Fifteen more pounds and I'll reach a major milestone, 100 pounds lost, at which point I will have a celebration which will make me gain 20 pounds over night :P.

Kidding aside, there is still plenty of room for improvement. At a pound a week it will be more than a year before I reach my goal. I am not quite willing to weight that long, so I need to get it down to 2 pounds a week at least to get there more quickly.

I have been dealing with cravings for sweets. I wanted to make my banana nut bread, but I know that would be excessive for my current diet so I've been trying to find sweet alternatives that won't derail my diet.

I found some hard sugarless candy that hit the spot pretty well. One piece is 3g of carb and that is generally enough to hit that sweet spot when the craving occurs. I just need to make sure to put them away so that I cannot mindlessly snack on them. 3 carbs at a time definitely would add up :p.
