Was doing pretty awesome today. Setup all of my meals in advanced except for breakfast which I start cooking before I start getting ready for work. Slept relatively well and had good energy. Ended up stuck at work for a lot longer than planned so I couldn't eat my lunch until about 11 hours after I had breakfast, which apparently was not a good thing because now I feel completely worn out! Thinking I might get some packages of peanuts or something to give me a snack to munch on if something goes awry.

With that said, new clothes came in and to my pleasant surprise the pants are TOO BIG. Might need to go down a size from what I bought. Going to wash a pair and see if they shrink down a little before I look into sending them back.

The difference from a month ago is noticeable, let alone from last year, and the last 17 or so pounds is from this Ketogenic diet. Probably half of that or more is water, but the measurements and just how I look are smaller.
