Just realized last weeks eigh in didn't get recorded it was 172 or so I can't remember exactly but it was on the down side.

Today it was down to 170 but probably because I didn't eat dinner last night but its down either way. Yeah! I really want to get down to the 150s and I have been stuck for awhile. I had a little surgery on Monday so I have been sitting around. not able to spend the time on making proper meals
