Very unexpected--actually had Thanksgiving luncheon at work and although I didn't overeat by any means, I did have a roll w butter and some pumpkin pie(those of you who know me know that this is 'out there' for me :) Looks like I will be adding foods--slowly--so I don't get overly confident with my success.
Now, back to our regularly scheduled program :)
134.8, 35.6 body fat, musc mass 82.4, trace ketones (even after the roll), 45 min level 8 elliptical.
Breakfast atkins choc chip granola bar, lunch turkey, veggies, roll w butter, half piece pumpkin pie w whipped cream, diet pepsi, coffee w cream. Dinner turkey, swiss cheese, sweet pickles, diet coke.
