I know.. I know.. it's mostly water weight in the beginning. I don't care, it still feels GREAT! And it's all the motivation I need to 'rinse and repeat' as far as my new way of eating. I am capable of changing my life. And I'm doing it! (honey is down also, but not sure by how much? - it really doesn't matter as long as he knows and controls his choices.)
I can't do it for someone else. For the first time, these choices and changes are for ME. That makes me smile. And smiling burns calories!! LOL!

People who minimize "losses in the beginning" as "water weight" are trolls, ignore those types, particularly considering the human body is over half water, if you weigh 447 pounds, like I did, you're carrying around 220 pounds of water, or 28 gallons. I've lost more than 220 pounds, if it were all water, color me tickled.
