I didn't drink enough water yesterday- maybe 5 or 6 glasses and I had a glass of wine at Linda's, but ate only fruit and cheese and pecans and 3 or 4 rice crackers. I was over there from 12:30 until nearly 9:00. had fun- both sisters were here (Carolyn and Gayla) and Alice- Gayla's husband's (Rick) sister. she lives in Chandler. Linda turned 60 on the 3rd.
diet seems to be finally working. hope I'm not just dehydrated this morning!
the day I recorded my weight at 170 was on the old scale, so I think my starting weight was about 175. so that's 6.6 lbs.
76,4 kg Bisher verloren: 3,0 kg.    Still to go: 19,7 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.
