after taking the meds for blood clots and staying up almost 10 pounds the whole 6 weeks... i am finally back down ..now to go on down the the 138 i hope to get to...so will stay the coarse.. and it will happen

yes... i should say they come from the little surgery to remove a lump under my arm... seems that is very common...but we got that all under controll now and the lump was no longer there in the P.E.T.scan and for all that I SAY THANK YOU LORD... FOR ALL MY BLESSINGS... AND it is good to see you hangin in .. you are doing good for you..... I get my coconut oil at big lot's a gallon for 12.00 butcher boy....brand been using it for several years.. really good stuff.......just be careful and stay on top of what that food changing does to you... may not do it the next day may be a few days.. but darn stuff will come and get us.. hehe
i have to watch cheese very close... it does a number on me every time.... and yep i do love it..soooo sending good wishes... and hugs too...
