I made some Pecan coconut Chocolate low carb cookies. The chocolate was suger free but had malitol in in it. There was a alot of suger alcohols in the chocolate chips from the malitol. After eating 3 cookies and realizing how sweet they were, I researched malitol. Maltilol is a NO_NO. it can stop, slow up and otherwise impede weight loss because of the suger alcohols. It di d to me I should of broke 240 this week bases on past weight loss but I didn't. It also bought back cravings like crazy and made me feel bad.. Word to the wise Stay away from Malitol. My 2 cents....
