Blew diet saturday night with 3 beers and 4 shots of bourbon. Did not mean to drink that much but it made me sick and I lost all the food in my stomach. (Used all the silly rationalizations to justify breaking diet) Sunday Hangover City most of the day. Stayed on diet until late last night ate ice cream; didn't really taste that good but followed it up with nature valley chocolate oats bars; Still didn't taste that good. My taste buds have changed which is good that was fundamentally an old bad habit. Realized that I am emotional boredom eater (already knew that ) and when both come together it is very hard to resist but I let it get to me, I should of been stronger but I decided to be weaker. This morning I am back on the diet , I have 20 lbs to go and I broke the 240lb mark to 239lbs.
