Asleep at 3:30 am. Awake with alarm at 10:30 am. 7 hrs sleep. I am going to change my alarms on phone, as I am gradually trying to improve my sleep & sleep schedule.
Right now are:
12:00 am (midnight)-Get ready For Bed
02:00 am - Go To Sleep!!!
10:30 am - Get out of Bed NOW!!!

Tonight I am changing it to:
12:00 am (midnight)-Get ready For Bed
01:00 am - Go To Sleep!!!
9:30 am - Get out of Bed NOW!!!

Only coffee and water during day, as was not hungry until 5 pm. It is because feeling very uncomfortable & bloated (no BM for 3 days). I am drinking lots of water and eating lots of fibre. Chronic problem all my life and It doesn't take much to mess me up...such as any change of location, schedule, food, or water.

For supper I had leftover Turkey Lentil Fajitas.
146,3 kg Bisher verloren: 5,6 kg.    Still to go: 81,0 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.
