Morning everyone, well I’ve managed to up my press-up challenge this week - 60 in morning / then 40 around teatime? .. now all at once sorry to say . 😀.. considering joining a gym/spa around york too .. want this year to be different..

Hi - first aim on an am - 20 then about 1 min rest , try for another 20 then 2x 10 ... arms are killing by then - I’m so out of shape .. afternoon straight from work usually do 4x 10 .. and I’m prob not quite doing then as show on internet ( arms not close to body on way down ? ) but anything is better than not at all .. 😅..on a weeks hols this week and want to try and skip ?? Seen this on internet and looks like it might do some good and make me sweat .. but I’m going to find that really hard as it’s something I can’t do .. will be a laugh at least .. 🤔
