Yippee. I think its safe to say I am officially under 85Kg. Last time I was this weight was just after giving birth to my eldest child, he turning 15 this year. I am so happy. though I still have a long way to go. knowing I will gain some when I stop VLCD so I need to lose. 80kg is not just a dream anymore.
