No loss gained 1.2 lbs. all my fault. I overate low carb sweet recipes, such as pecan coconut clusters, chocolate PB cups, PB Fudge and almonds. Even though these treats are Low carb, they created craving problems and instead of eating 1 or 2, I would munch on them throughout the night watching TV , so 1or 2 became 8-10. Plus the next day I was hungry. I know better because I know I luv ice cream, potato chips and chocolate and these LC Treats replaced those items and triggered the sweet attacks. Seems I sabotaged myself, only excuse is I had forgot how intense those cravings can be.

Word to the wise be Cautious: On what you add back to your Diet!!

I do seem to be creating ups and downs on this diet journey. There are times when I am super strict and than other times that I am sloppy. But I am sill happy with the weight loss so far and will continue on. ;)
