Yay me. My supervisor was rude to me today. After taking a couple of minutes to think what I wanted to say, I pointed out to her that in the future, I would appreciate her being pleasant to me when I ask a question. I was specific, advise how the situation made me feel, and then asked that next time she advises me if too busy at the time. This is a major accomplishment for me. In the past, I would walk off the anger, hurt, etc that I felt and then eat chocolate or some other comfort food. I CAN do this communicating my needs thing.

If you always do what you always have, you will always get what you always got. If you change your way of thinking and reacting, you will get success...........
