I really need to lose weight in order to be a liver donor. My mother needs half of my liver, however, I need to lose at least 60 pounds! I was supposed to have lost the weight last July and thank goodness my mother is doing better than expected. However, I do not want to wait any longer and I also want to lose the weight for me as well. I've always struggled to lose weight and I've never lost more than 20 pounds. I'm ready to get started today! Any tips and suggestions are WELCOMED :-D
